TRANSITING SPACE THROUGH THE BODY

REINA SOFÍA MUSEUM​

From her work as a performer and choreographer, Esther proposed an approach to the museum space from a perspective that placed the body at the centre and understood it as an instrument for gathering different types of information.

Throughout the workshop we learnt to listen and observe from a collective body, to be present while almost disappearing, to stop being the centre and become a kind of medium, to ask ourselves about what we think we know and what is given to us by what we don't know.
